Pro: Everyone who comes into my kitchen comments on my Shun Ken knives.  I’m very proud of them and thrilled to demonstrate them at dinner parties.  I enjoy showing them off and commenting that they are “the real thing” when it comes to the most superior knives on the market, or they simply would not be endorsed by Ken Onion.

Con: I wish the Shun Ken Onion knives were available locally.  They aren’t carried by all retailers.  But I guess that’s what makes them exclusive.
