Shun Stainless Review

Pro: I love the look of these knives.  I’ve had a bad experience in the past with splitting wood handles and I feel more confident putting these into the dishwasher as there is no wood in the structure of the knife.  They are great.

Con: I find the all metal structure to be slippery.  I prefer to have a wooden grip.
