Shun Edo Knives

The Shun Edo Knives

The Shun Edo Knives have a distinctive appearance called a “hammered” effect.  The engineered process that creates this effect is aimed at blade divots and variations the prevent food from sticking to the blade allowing a precision cut to slice through virtually anything with little to no friction or resistance making easy work of difficult cutting such as honeydew melon, artichoke and other tasks.

The design of the blade is to reduce the amount of hand and arm tension required to complete certain activities.  This is particularly useful if arm or hand strength is compromised in any way offering comfort and safety when completing chopping, dicing or slicing.

Shun Edo Features

  • VG-10 stainless steel construction
  • Quality Japanese design and manufacturing
  • Hammered effect to reduce food friction and blade drag
  • Moisture and bacterial resistant Pakkawood handle
  • Lifetime Warranty

Shun Edo Review

Pro: The best knives I have ever owned.  I can literally cut through anything with the Shun Edo knives!  I used to struggle with some cutting jobs and would have to ask my partner to help but now with the right tool I have no problem at all.

Con:Visually I find the hammered effect to be distracting.
